grue 1 #1 June 4, 2014 Just thought about how my 10th anniversary of my first jump is the 24th of July, but that falls on a Thursday. Clearly a celebration is in order, but in such a situation would you try and round people up for midweek (winter here) jumping, or just celebrate on the Saturday? PARTAY! cavete terrae. And since I have 4-way training scheduled for a week after my 10th in August, that may wind up being my celebration. "There is only one basic human right, the right to do as you damn well please. I was one of two dropzone pilots and thought why the hell would I want to bother paying money or writing things down, it's just screwing around at work. Looking back I really wish I had put a pen on paper, life for the last couple years would have been much easier.

wmw999 2,446 #11 June 5, 2014 Well, I logged mine (June 1975), but I used to keep my logbooks in my riggers kit. And that was taken. So I know what month, but no idea of the day Wendy P. wolfriverjoe 1,523 #12 June 5, 2014 The "Skybirthday" is the actual date (if you know it). But, unlike "Beer Rules", which are actually written out, I don't know of any "Skybirthday Rules." So celebrate it whenever, however and with whomever you think best. "There are NO situations which do not call for a French Maid outfit." Uggghhhhh I have spent the last two years debating whether or not to back log two years worth of static line, hop and pop, and normal jumps. Roughly 60 of them are about to disappear off the Altitrack that I borrowed so it's a ticking time bomb. The Altimaster 3 chest mount from the eighties that I used for the rest won't give me anything

For yesterday's jump, I rounded up 11 of my friends and we all jumped naked together.Peace, -Dawson. http://www.SansSuit.com The Society for the Advancement of Naked Skydiving
