DING DING DING We have a winner Here's a dumb question. In first jump courses for BASE, do they mention riser turns? Not saying this dude took that course but what Amazon said. Would someone who isn't a skydiver, just BASE, have learned about them? Just curious...Always be kinder than you feel.
Amazon 7 #16 December 5, 2013 I guess it all depends on your willingness and affinity for kissing high speed rock...or in skydiving... other jumpers who did not learn how to friggin TRACK away from formations... zooming at you while their canopies are opening near yours. It seemed like it took him a long time to get to the risers/toggles. At about 2:35 you can see what looks like one of the break lines floating free. Just after his first impact with the cliff. catfishhunter 2 #23 December 5, 2013 Thanks for sharing that. Need to show that to my employee who came up to me and asked me about BASE jumping. Some jack ass told him he could teach him to BASE jump without having to ever skydive. He got an earful from me but this will help explain why he needs skills before just hacking himself off a cliff MAKE EVERY DAY COUNT Life is Short and we never know how long we are going to have.
