It's offensive. How the hell somebody didn't think it was offensive is what I'm commenting on. The girl's comment was "IF" it was offensive. It clearly is. It's in poor taste. It's offensive. It's their right to be offensive. I'm fine with that. I find nothing offensive about it at all. Taste and offensiveness is not universal Very true. A lot of people aren't offended by that costume. I'm not. To say that they didn't intend to offend anyone may be true. But to not realize how offensive a lot of people would find that costume is pretty ignorant. Sort of like Prince Harry dressing as a Nazi. Again, I wasn't offended by it. But I understand why a lot of people were. Halloween has become 2 things. How offensive of a costume can I come up with? How slutty can a woman dress?"There are NO situations which do not call for a French Maid outfit." This was done on a Brit Uni Campus. I can reasonably see how they had no real reason to think many if any would be truly offended. Had they done this in New York, then yes, Most would see it as a possible issue with the locals. You are not now, nor will you ever be, good enough to not die in this sport (Sparky) My Life ROCKS!
