Ya See . . . There really should be some regulation. Think "Sag Factor"We have the technology. We could just put an auto filter, like they do with the line of scrimmage in American Football. The higher the sag factor, the darker and more opaque the obscurification. Its obviously not a perfect system, but we could work on it.
