Leonard Cohen has been covered a lot, and with good reason, as he is a great songwriter, but not a great singer. People have covered the shit out of Hallelujah; John Cale's is my favorite.

I like Camper Van Beethoven's cover of Tusk more than Fleetwood Mac's original. Both are awesome, though. Camper Van Beethoven covered the entire album (apparently) and the rest of it is crap, but their cover of Tusk is worth buying the album (IMHO.)
