FlyingRhenquest 1 #1 June 5, 2013 And boy are my arms tired! First 10 was with a friend of mine from Mile Hi, Livvy. He's starting to learn mantis and I was basically just screwing around. I wanted a chance to just have some fun and relax without objectives or someone telling me what to do. Livvy was OK with me keeping his parts in, so I did. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_fsf_pD4YjI Second half was with strangers and I always feel a bit weird about posting random strangers from the wind tunnel. So I'm going to edit on that one a bit and post it tomorrow (Since I'm coming up on 1:30 AM here and my arms are tired.)I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. Hey... is it hot in here?
pandamonium 0 #2 June 5, 2013 Those guys are great at SVCO. I did a bit of time prior to my AFF last May and really glad I did. I think I have 10 minutes scheduled in July to begin backflying. -ChrisI hate landing in planes.

It was very apparent after 10 minutes.. that I should have paid for 2 minutes.. and not an hour..( I was stuck using the whole hour since I had a certificate for it that I got at Skyfest ) I had to fly to South Carolina the next day.. its a damn good thing had had a prescription for pain meds... CRAP that shit hurt Great place cool peeps...Just be in shape and not injured.
FlyingRhenquest 1 #4 June 5, 2013 Heh heh, I was sitting at work getting increasingly sore as the day went on. I feel like someone punched me in the ribs, back and arms. But it's a good pain!I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. Hey... is it hot in here?
FlyingRhenquest 1 #5 June 7, 2013 Second part linky http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=80YWygLOMugp I'm still pretty sore today. That was about twice the amount of time I've ever spent in there up to now. I felt much more confident in there than I have in previous sessions -- even in the last one I did a couple months ago. I think without any particular objectives I was just able to relax and play with the wind a bit. I went back and watched my first session in the tunnel, which I took right after AFF level 2, and the progress I've made is quite clear. Even with that I can see where I'm still a little wobbly, but I'm quite pleased with the last year. Just as I'm looking back on my first session and am like "heh", I'm sure I'll look back at this one in a year and feel the same way!I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind.
