JohnMitchell 16 #26 April 23, 2013 Quote Hey -- not only did my SST have a dildo, it was a pink fuzzy dildo . But later I had trouble pulling my boyfriend's black dildo and had to go to my reserve Was there a difference is size that threw you off?
wmw999 2,447 #27 April 23, 2013 It was all in the position Actually, his rig hung lower on me, so when the pin was just a little hard to pull, since it was at the absolute extension point of my arm, I just couldn't do it, and went to the reserve. Very hard opening, and a no-suiter. The bruises were spectacular. Wendy P. There is nothing more dangerous than breaking a basic safety rule and getting away with it. It removes fear of the consequences and builds false confidence. (tbrown)
councilman24 37 #28 April 23, 2013 When I started in 1980 everyone at my dz called it a dildo. Seemed like pud was used when whuffo's were around as less offensive term. I have one of the original SST's that was given to the Rainbow Flyers when they went to the World meet in either 1974 or 1975. (they went both years but I don't remember which year with the SST's) It is a ripcord rig so you had to pull your string.I'm old for my age. JerryBaumchen 1,363 #29 April 23, 2013 Hi Terry, Quote It is a ripcord rig so you had to pull your string. That brought to mind the summer of '65; this very elderly woman stops by the dz, being all curious about this skydiving thing. So one guy takes the time to show her his rig, the various parts & how it works. As she is leaving, she says to him, 'Don't forget to pull your string.'
