Storch Supplement....anyone use it?

Recommended Posts

So I have a weight loss goal and I had a friend tell me about this specific supplement. I read the reviews and it seems to do what it advertises. I just wanted to see if anyone here has had any experiences with it...weather it's good or bad. I already ordered it so I will seem for myself....but I'm still curious nonetheless!

There are two legal supplements that have been heavily tested by university studies and proven to work and work well: whey protein isolate (WPI) and creatine.

Everything else tends to be a serious blend of pixie dust, some of it dangerous (like DMAA).

You either gain weight or lose weight in the kitchen and at the table. Well into my second year of competitive powerlifting, I'm just trying to get enough calories to recover from the training.

you do NOT need supplements for weight LOSS. You need a good diet and good exercise routine. and you need to learn when you should and should not eat certain food groups.
e.g. if you are mostly sedentary after 4pm. DONT eat a lot of carbs at dinner time.
You are not now, nor will you ever be, good enough to not die in this sport (Sparky)

How's yours doing?
