Snowwhite 0 #1 December 8, 2012 I have the cutest granddaughter, who will pick up any object and use it as a microphone. She will ask you, "Would you like me to sing for you?" and before you answer, she will start singing a song she made up about her cat, or breakfast, or her brother playing basket ball. She dances CONSTANTLY and sits and the piano, and takes requests. This kid is a born entertainer. She has an annual Christmas program at the preschool, which is next Thursday at 6 PM. Her other grandmother bought disney on ice tickets for the 7 PM performance on the same night. Even though there are 7 additional performances on following days. Because for some strange reason, this child is going to know the difference between opening night, and the others. DUH! There have been thousands of tickets available for all of the other performances, but will this bitch budge? NO! And my daughter and her son are so damn spineless, they don't just say "Stop it! This is important to the kid" Grow up and be an adult and trade your tickets for a different performance. Now the other grandma is telling the kid "you don't really want to sing in front of all of those people, it will make you nervous" WHAT AFUCKING SELFISH BITCH!skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com

Snowwhite 0 #4 December 8, 2012 Quote Good rant. I sense some competition between the grandparents. I have always backed off, out of respect for my kids. It's time for the sucker punch mentioned in the previous post. I am so ashamed of my daughter, for not standing up for her daughter! I can't believe I raised her.skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com

Maybe after living with such an overbearing mother-in-law, she's learned to pick her battles or she's just tired of the battles. She is Da Man, and you better not mess with Da Man, because she will lay some keepdown on you faster than, well, really fast. ~Billvon

Snowwhite 0 #8 December 10, 2012 Apparently, mom and dad got some cajones, and told the manipulating bitch to back off. They made it clear to her that THEY would make the decisions for their kids, and that school functions would come before anything else. They also told her, from now on, ASK Mom and Dad before planning activities for her grandkids. I am very proud. I know it took guts! Yea! Katie gets to sing!skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com

I just went to my twin nieces' Christmas Show last Saturday, and I know how important it is to the kids at that age. I'm so happy that everything worked out!
