D22369 0 #10 September 1, 2012 I made a quick 911 call a few years ago travelling from kennewick to yakima, it was late at night and there was a guy sitting on the white line on the side of the road, I missed him by a foot or so, there were no cars and it was very dark plus I was overdriving my headlights a tad bit... wonder if they were related....
