Yeah, there's a few people down here with it. They keep sending me advertisements for the fast internet... had they searched my address, they would see they don't offer it in my complex. I get the cable internet 20 (though closer to 30 usually)/2 service. PhreePhly 0 #5 August 14, 2012 Yea, I have the 75/35 plan along with the TV. Absolutely love it. My actual download speed is closer to 84 Mbps and the upload sticks to the 35 Mbps.
hillson 0 #6 August 14, 2012 Yes...it is fantastic. I think I have the middle speed package and it is damned quick. TV picture is crystal clear...much better than I ever had on cable.
Dean358 0 #7 August 15, 2012 We have it in our place in Manhattan. Fricken' love it, especially for the upload speeds vs. our old cable modem. Very reliable and their Internet/TV/Phone packages cost less than Time Warner Cable. Faster, better & cheaper -- can't say that about too many other products.www.wci.nyc

skiskyrock 0 #9 August 15, 2012 We've had it for about 5 years. My wife telecommutes, and it has worked very well for us. Excellent customer service and uptime. I don't fanatically check upload and download speeds, but we have no problem with streaming video/video conferencing. The only drawback is that the backup battery for telephone service in power outages only lasts about 2 years before needing replacement.
hchunter614 0 #10 August 15, 2012 I have it here in Richmond, VA and love it. Consistently get faster upload and download speeds than the package I signed up for.
PhreePhly 0 #11 August 17, 2012 Really, I'm almost into my 4th year with the same battery? Do you get frequent power outages? Also, when it does go out, do you call Verizon or buy and replace yourself (as I said, I haven't had to, yet.)
