The uniforms look even ...ummm... funnier when the guys wear their hats with the black band swung around their chin, look here.

I saw these uniforms when watching "Sea Patrol", nice series. The uniforms are OK, especially the ones from season 2 to 5, it's just for the seamen (lower ranks) with shorts and black stockings, heh hehe...
The sky is not the limit. The ground is.
