She was an admitted user of 'recreational drugs' and the range for THAT can lead down a slippery slope. I saw an interview with O Winfrey where Houston says.. "weed and cocaine" and also "rock cocaine"....So then quite likely alot of people hear "drugs" and THAT is what they think... Could be wrong, to jump to that conclusion, here. Because there is an equally insidious problem out there, which is commonly reffered to as "prescription medication" . Not sure which is worse... but when misused each can be a killer. "anxiety aids", "tranquilizers" 'equilibriam enhancers'.. all have the potential to be TOO effective, when used incorrectly..i dunno.. draw a warm bath...take some pills,, maybe a drink, then absentmindedly take a few MORE pills,, lay in the warm water.... drift away..... Damn.. you're gone before you even know it... Could be a national wake up Call to ANYone who has "medicine" prescribed by doctors,, who in some cases are NOt tuned into what Other Doctors may be prescribing and that is a bad mix... When No one, not even "the patient" themself, is properly monitoring the frequency of use of some of these heavy duty meds. trouble can ensue.. happens everyday to "regular people" and so it doesn't Hit the NEWS, the way this case has.. I do not think that DRUGS... of the type on which, there is supposed to be a WAR.. are a part of the mix.... OR if they are.. maybe the entourage knew enough to dispose of the evidence.. maybe they need to to a CSI work-up on the plumbing drain lines of the Beverly Hilton...Ah but what would it matter. the damage has been done.. too bad.sad...
