sfzombie 3 #4 January 27, 2012 at least where i work there is a person on the other end. we use the feature occasionally and i have been known to handle 4 chats and a phone call at the same time, and remote onto the system all at once. can't do 5 chats, too confusing, 4 is pushing it. it's actually a great way to handle some of the simpler problems, but for the really hard issues, i like to talk to the eu(end user).http://kitswv.com Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
