aphid 0 #1 October 2, 2011 Air Canada & WestJet have n/s flights to both Cabo & Mazatlan from the Great White North. Anybody able to suggest which of these two resort destinations would best offer; good opportunity for a gringo with a small but amusing tourist-driven business venture, relatively inexpensive accommodations, low crime-rate, sound local government with manageable "graft" issues? All advice/experience welcome. John
k-dubjumps 0 #2 October 3, 2011 I've only been to Cabo so I can only speak to that. I love it and go at least once a year. And you can do beach jumps there! I did one in May.Adrenaline is my crack DPH #3 D.S. #16 FAG #12 Muff Brother #4406

Andrewwhyte 1 #4 October 6, 2011 John, I lived/worked at the DZ in Cabo a few years back. It is not cheap by Mexican standards at all. It is however a place that you should visit as I think you would find it very much to your liking. The government/ graft issues in Baja California Sur are perhaps the most manageable of anywhere in Mexico.
Phillbo 11 #5 October 6, 2011 Baja and mainland Mexico are worlds apart .. Much less crime in the Baja.
