To report I got a text this morning that my scientist friend has been on another date and now that she is more chilled and less....how can I put it putting a guy on an interview and grilling him non stop....she is actually having a good time. I guess a simple little talk about, "Darling in the real world there are 50% women and 50% men and you can't treat these guys like you treat the guys in your office." really helped!
