It is now the balloon capital of France & a very busy ultralite airport. BTW Chambley AB had the only heated runways among all US NATO air-bases. It sure would make for an interesting descent, weaving around amongst all those orbs... There's a good idea for a bandit jump. Rent a jump plane the next time they lift off like that, exit above the balloons, open above the balloons, and then start your slalom course to the ground.
