He's looking good . . .

Say, how many sleds have you got?

You must have a standing once a month appointment down at the DMV to keep them all registered!

It's about 1400 miles to Sturgis from El Capone!

Are you riding or trailering? (Running and ducking.)

BTW, I always heard running a belt inside a closed primary wasn't a good idea as the heat destroys the belt. Has your belt been in there a long time?

That's cool. When you're twenty years old those trips are cool, but when you're old like we are it's not all that exciting. I was in a thread on a Harley forum recently where someone asked, "What's the best thing to take on long cross country trips?"

My answer: An airplane!

The hearing for the California Senate Bill that would mandate stock pipes on all bikes built after 2011 is available live as an audio-cast.

Nina is registered as a 2010, but if this passes it won't be long before they come for the rest of us. And, Gypsy, this means you knucklehead!

http://192.234.214.75/ASM-4202

It's supposed to start at 1:30 PST, but I haven't heard anything yet. Guess the poly-law-tards are running late . . .

What you're hearing now is a different bill, we're coming up in a bit . . .

I guess what they are voting on right now is does California state vehicle code trump local municipal codes. Probably good if it passes as in our case we could wind up with pipes that are legal in one town but not in a neighboring one . . .

I have stock mufflers..2 of them! I only shaped the ends, didn;t change the baffles!B| I beat a noise ticket by proving that! 1940's bikes weren;t very muffled!

But it is going to take a hell of a lot for them to work thier way nack to the 40's!

Democracy in action, Bro . . . ;)

What's interesting is how many "associations" send spokesman, there's city ones, cop ones, etc.

I hope to hell Abate is there for us. In lieu of that I hope someone reads my letter to Senator Parvey where I lay out all the relevant points against this bill (and leaves out where I call her a fucking cunt in the end.) ;)

NickD :)
