I still want the 2 hrs back I wasted on "Dark Knight".
Only thing good in it was Heath Ledger, and I'm pretty sure he won't be making any more movies.

Looks pretty damn cool. I LOVE Robin Williams when he plays parts that aren't his usual, manic comedic fare. For example, I thought 1 Hour Photo was awesome.

And I agree, Heath absolutely stole that particular show.

EDIT TO ADD: SHAFTED! The trailer you posted is apparently fake. Neither the IMDB or Wikipedia pages for the movie list Williams or Dr. Strange. Also, most of the comments on the youtube page relate to it being a fake.

I really hope you realize that's not real. First of all, that's all stuff from other movies, and second they just started shooting in April.

I wouldn't say it's ALL stuff from other movies. Some of that was/is footage from the Batman 3.

Yeah, and it didn't show much(just a teaser). Batmans new arch nemesis was shown, which I have no clue who it is. And I haven't heard too much information on it.

Not completely shafted. There is a trailer being played with the new Harry Potter. If you look on youtube you can find a couple copies of it where people recorded it in the theater (crappy quality obviously).

Also, in regards to Robin Williams being in the movie, I have looked and there are no diffinitive answers. Even on the IMDB website some of the actors/characters are listed as "rumored". And if they started filming in April you would think everything would be confirmed. Which leads me to think it hasn't been updated in a while. So I guess we'll have to wait and see.
