How do you grill?

I do have a gas fired smoker though.

Favorite meat would have to be the ribeye. Prefer at least 1" thick cut.



a nice marbled and aged ribeye is good, but with a Porterhouse, you get the filet on one side and the NY strip on the other, and after you get to gnaw on the bone if you want to get animalistic -

Tilapia, veggies (asparagus, zucchini, peppers), and fruit (waiting for Squeek to make a joke about fruit)

Try this, mix rum, brown sugar, and honey in a bowl. Dip some pineapple in the mixture and let it soak in real good...grill and enjoy!

or soak some peaches in peach schnaps and grill. DELICIOUS!

I use a propane grill most of the time for convenience. Last night was chicken, later this week tuna steaks, maybe slow roast some pork chops too. We love a good rib steak, but with a family of up to 6 we often opt some good chuck steaks. A little tougher, sure, but tons of flavor.

We picked up a propane smoker this last fall. I've got 3 racks of pork ribs thawing in the fridge for that bad boy. B|
