wayneflorida 0 #2 April 5, 2011 Never, but not saying I never will given certain conditions. But if you show pictures of puke I will!
MikeJD 0 #3 April 5, 2011 Aircraft rides don't make me sick, but I have been in a jump plane when I was already feeling nauseous and that was pretty grim. And although it might seem easy to throw up out of the door, I've seen that done before and it didn't go so well.

Melliandra 0 #5 April 5, 2011 I get travel sick. Including on jump planes. I've found it's a good way of cutting short the "why do you jump out of perfectly good aeroplanes" conversation. "Because otherwise I'll throw up." "...oh..."
DiverMike 5 #6 April 5, 2011 I get airsick and seasick quite easily. I guess I really enjoy throwing up since I am also a scuba instructor and pilot. For the same reason I jump off a perfectly good diving board.
missbrz 0 #7 April 5, 2011 I only get really plane sick when jumping while hungover. But if I can keep it in through the plane ride, I'm fine once in the air. & my hangover is usually gone after My best friend used to jump and she got plane sick pretty easily. Especially if our more "adventurous" pilot was flying. She would take non-drowsy anti-motion sickness pills on the worst days to get past it.
ryoder 1,590 #8 April 5, 2011 I never met the guy, but I was told the story of an experienced skydiver who was subject to airsickness. They would always put him next to the door, (C-182). During the climb, if the pilot felt a frantic tug on his arm, and looked over to see the guy with his hand clamped over his mouth and a frantic look in his eyes, that meant a quick turn and lower-than-planned pass over the DZ.
