What's your MBTI type???

Recommended Posts

I'm an ENTJ:)very strong on the E and J
as i'm sure those who know me can vouch for that

if you don't know what MBTI (myer's brigg type indicator) is.. you should look into it, it's pretty cool just google it, you can usually find a quick online test to type yourself..

at least I think so.. it's always fascinated me..very useful tool working with people too :)

ENFJ

ENFJs are the benevolent 'pedagogues' of humanity. They have tremendous charisma by which many are drawn into their nurturant tutelage and/or grand schemes. Many ENFJs have tremendous power to manipulate others with their phenomenal interpersonal skills and unique salesmanship. But it's usually not meant as manipulation -- ENFJs generally believe in their dreams, and see themselves as helpers and enablers, which they usually are.

ENFJs are global learners. They see the big picture. The ENFJs focus is expansive. Some can juggle an amazing number of responsibilities or projects simultaneously. Many ENFJs have tremendous entrepreneurial ability.

One of the better tests out there

definitely one of the better tests out there..
but from my experience us ENTJ's tend to really like MBTI more than the other types :)

LOL

I really can't remember! I just get fed up with things like belbin and stuff where i have HR trying to label me and none of the labels really fit. When i did the full caboodle MBTI and they gave me the book for my type, it was really scary - i thought they had been watching me for the last 10 years - it went right down to my romantic misdemeanours and everything!

i know.. same for me when I did the full blown MBTI profile and workshops.. crazy how accurate types can be...
i'm one of those crazy people that talk to others like.. "hey that's so your F coming out right now"
hehe
but in all seriousness.. knowing about MBTI has helped me as a manager tremendously, especially since a lot of my workers are P's and I'm a J

I'm another INTP. It's an interesting way of looking at the world. But as soon as you use it as a box to put people into it becomes a limiter, rather than simply a viewpoint, which is what it was designed for.

Which makes sense -- INTPs are often the great underachievers of the world, while the INTJs actually do all that studying stuff . Dr. :)
