The exact words were...and I quote myself now "If her eyebrows are not connected and she's not wearing sweat pant she is hot!" I have called myself a pig and a dog and I'm OK with both of those. As for engineering girls making more? Yeah. But that's cool. It's just the way the world works you know. To qualify for a given grant / government contract there have to be X number of people in Y positions so those people are promoted. For a girl, that's a good thing. For a guy? Well we make up our losses later in life when we don't sacrifice career for kids. It all evens out in the end. It's rather Zen if you ask me. And there is no need to be upset.Life through good thoughts, good words, and good deeds is necessary to ensure happiness and to keep chaos at bay. As a business you want to cut expenditure and raise profits, wouldn't the most effective way of doing this then to hire an all women staff team? Surely business owners aren't dumb enough to put put sexism above profit? I'm in no way saying that men are more worthy than women, but the only logical reason I can think of for a business to hire men instead of women when they pay women less, is if they feel that the men tend to perform better with their business module and in the end are more profitable. I will be perfectly happy and content if I were lucky enough to find a cool girl who either made as much or more than me. Nothing wrong with that. We are all in a way equal in the end. There are several women on this site and in this sport that I consider "normal" You seem perfectly normal to me, not average just normal. Same thing with KB, I think guys are intimidated by women with brains and can shoot like you two. Valinda seems normal as well from what I can tell. Maybe it is I that is strange in thinking people like all of us are "normal" Maybe it is just how I grew up, later lived as an adult and who I was surrounded by.
