warpedskydiver 0 #26 February 17, 2011 My dog is not attacking anyone.I was not laughing, I meant he had to be vigilant about being the dogs master and not the other way around. Get used to the fact that he will need to discipline and reinforce the dogs encore life. The hardest part is later on when he is trained to get him to do something so you can give corrections. Read the Koehler Method of Guard Dog/Obedience Training. As you know they will throughout their lives test most anyone to see where they fit in. My dog does not need to listen to a stranger, if you are not a close friend or family he does not give a damn about your commands. He maybe my dog but he is not a "pet" he has a job and he does it. regulator 0 #27 February 17, 2011 Perhaps you should domote him to being a pet and hire a security guard that has a gun.

warpedskydiver 0 #31 February 17, 2011 Ah Geez! OK I will just chalk this up to you not knowing me AT ALL. Had dogs continually my entire life except while on active duty. I am 49 now Any more questions?

regulator 0 #34 February 17, 2011 So I assume the large hole in the backyard is for the people you will have to kill because your dog went crazy on them. So why is it necessary for you to have TWO user profiles? Been banned much?

I've only used it twice, but it was so convenient, Thanks again Warped.I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama BTR #1 / OTB^5 Official #2 / Hellfish #408 / VSCR #108/Tortuga/Orfun

warpedskydiver 0 #40 February 18, 2011 No because my dog is not an asshole, he is actually a well liked very happy dog with training beyond that of obedience.(schutzhund) He may be getting grouchy in his old age but who is not? You would be surprised at what a joy he is to be around, he has lots of friends who like him. Close friends always asked if they could have him if I died. warpedskydiver 0 #43 February 18, 2011 BTW my dog is 9 years old. So in case you missed it, you are dead wrong about what you perceived. Next time try and either ask to be certain or don't be so insolent. I understand so lets just agree you were wrong about MY dog. I was merel;y sharing my experience and telling the OP what a GSD mindset is like. They are strong willed, usually obedient and if not ruined through improper breeding or traing, not subservient to anyone but his master/s
warpedskydiver 0 #44 February 18, 2011 Probably, there is someone who had thrush from going down on a skank, my dog has a far better sense of smell and will not even lick his own ass. Given these facts I submit to the court that yes, his mouth is probably cleaner than that of most of the earth's human population.
regulator 0 #45 February 18, 2011 Quote It does not mean it is tolerated So if you think he is not a well liked dog you are wrong. He has many human friends. People who do not like large dogs may not like him though, he is big and looks fierce. he is really affectionate and playful. Just don't do something that warrants him to jump to the other mode. Raise your hands to his friends, that's a problem Come near my daughter and make her afraid, that's a problem Break into our home, that's the last problem you will ever have, he is a good boy but he is not a miniaturize schnauzerHe was well liked at the DZ, he parties at the Tiki hut very well. He got more attention from all the chicks than anyone else. ---------------------------------------------------------- Talking with the OP about how he laughs when his dog lunges at his friends....then you say ...it does not mean it is not tolerated.....that led to the confusion to which were erroneously accosted.
