Here's what happened: Step 1: Get cold before sleep comes Step 2: Turn on the heater Step 3: Stay awake because of the fire hazard Step 4: Get warm Step 5: Turn off heater Step 6: Go to step 1 The heavy-duty sleeping bag works better. In really, really cold, I'll put these little chemical heating pads in the bottom of the bag to keep my feet warm. They work well as long as you don't put your foot directly on them for a long period of time. All in all, though. I like the electric blanket best when there's power available.My reality and yours are quite different. I think we're all Bozos on this bus. Maybe ski patrol could send it back down the lift for me so I don't have to snowboard with it.... Now that is funny...When I worked a at a ski resort I helped carry the a few portable heaters to the ski patrol shack a few times amongst other odd items. I used to lmao at the FNGs who would buy battery heated socks. Now I think after living in Florida for a few yrs that isnt such a bad idea...Have a fantastic time on the slopes!
