JohnMitchell 16 #27 November 28, 2010 Ouch, the federal minimum wage is $7.25/hour. The required overtime pay for employees covered by the Fair Labor Stds. Act is time and a half, which would be $10.88/hour. Is that $6.50/hour you're getting added on top of your hourly wage or are you getting royally screwed?
