THAT is when I was SUPPOSED to do my first AFF jump... needless to say, Nick Scott-Tomlin and myself stayed grounded. when I was supposed to do jump number 2, again, freezing and overcast. so, I learned to pack instead. my 4th jump was beautiful, I passed all my objectives for AFF and was signed off, and JUMPED my first official pack job. good things come to those who wait (or maybe I'm a little crazy, but whatever!). LadyDoc 0 #39 November 4, 2010 ...... yeaaa..... I did a SHITTON of tunnel time and my first jump itself I had already accomplished most of the stuff I needed to do. I just really had to work on canopy control. which is pretty much all I did with my other student jumps. My sister and I both kinda did the accelerated course like that. I still did coached jumps until the 7th jump. and even still, I continue to work very closely with my mentors and coaches. :) I guess that's a benefit of having a sibling working at a tunnel. I haven't yet mastered head down, but, as soon as I can get back to the tunnel, that'll be next. skyrider 0 #40 November 4, 2010 Kind-a scarey to cut folks lose with so little canopy time, but guess it is working....the switch from static to AFF proved the same problem, folks could fly their body, but not their parachute....
