If you are engaged to them, then yes, it matters...But we are flying threw the sky, and a unlandable attitude, so who cares if they had parts rearranged? It isnt like Runners, Wieght lifters or Gymnist...Where muscle is a desiding factor, our sport is muscle control...Not Mass.... Strange this question even came up, when so many are pushing to welcome Gays in skydiving...Myself, I see transgender much more "normal" (I'll hear it for using that word) , than gay!
