BIGUN 1,405 #7 April 7, 2005 QuoteI hate to bag it, but I love to jump with it. You talking about the canopy or the person flying the plane? Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

voodew1 0 #9 April 7, 2005 And when your ready it makes a great wingsuit canopy -- flys straight even if it has line twist!!!!! The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid
Evelyn 0 #10 April 8, 2005 I totally agree with you. I too love my Pilot. I haven't packed it yet cuz was told wait until I had 50 jumps on it so it's not so slippery. I've got 50 jumps on it so may start packing it myself soon. I did the demo program at Square one and demoed a Spectre, Sabre 2 and Saffire before deciding on the Pilot. I chose the Pilot because I got the best landings from the Pilot and I found it to be responsive under canopy, at least for what I want now. Stumpy 284 #11 April 8, 2005 I agree! Have about 50 jumps on mine now, its so nice - (even if i could only get one that was all white hence the endless "reserve" comments!!! ) Doesn't seem to matter how badly i bag it - always opens nice and soft. (and i have to thank Kelly at Eloy who packed it the first 20 or so times and took the shine off!!!!)Never try to eat more than you can lift
chopchop 0 #12 April 11, 2005 Me too.. I have about 80 jumps on my Pilots now and am really starting to get to know them.. They perform like my old Stilettos.. but they seem to have more bottom end flare and stellar openings.. chopchop gotta go... Plaything needs a spanking.. tdog 0 #14 April 12, 2005 me too... Assuming you are talking about a canopy... I put my first 20 jumps on one at Perris, loaded 1.1 to 1... Got cut off more than once and found myself landing crosswind in moderate winds... First two landings sucked. Rest were tip toe once I got the thing dialed in (or is that me dialed in). I am happy with mine and plan to keep jumping it for a while. Even brand new, I can pack it, but it is the most slippery thing I have ever touched. The dirt is finally coating the surface and making it friendly. .
