amstalder 0 #53 September 15, 2010 Quote Either way who knows, but must be nice to be able to sit at home and take care of the kids and live where they live. Oh come on, being a full time mom cannot be an easy job... My mom frequently tells me that raising us little brats was far more difficult than her job as a probation officer. Heck, I'd imagine being a parent in general is not the easiest job in the world, regardless of whether or not you work. Quote And I keep work and life apart. I don't want to loose my job. It's not amazing but I like it and it pays well. Better safe than with out a job. good for you
turtlespeed 220 #54 September 15, 2010 QuoteWow these soccer moms have the life! So I just went to one of the local schools in one of the upscale neighborhoods. WOW! In my next life I want to be one of these soccer moms. I was sitting in the office waiting to see one of the science teachers so as to set up an agreement whereby engineers and scientists can act as mentors for their robotics and math teams and in walks a gaggle of soccer moms. Looking at the key chains of their high end SUV's and the very high end clothes they were wearing and their nonstop talk about what spa they went to or what expensive lunch they had.....I had only two questions. 1) How much must their husband make to afford to have one of them? And can I get a job at that firm? 2) I know money won't buy you happiness but sitting there and just observing them....they sure looks happy to me! But on the same token.....I can't help but wonder is this what life was like back in the 50's when all the guys worked and all the women stayed at home? And if so.....why on god's green earth did women ever want to go into the work place! Looks like a hell of a life if you ask me! There is no way that they should be allowed to roam around free like that. At the very least they should be at home trying to come up with an idea, as hard as that process is for them, to please their man and make his life better and more pleasurable.I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama BTR #1 / OTB^5 Official #2 / Hellfish #408 / VSCR #108/Tortuga/Orfun

Because to be able to balance life, job and kids....wow more power to them! JohnMitchell 16 #61 September 15, 2010 I'm gonna stick my neck way out and say Shah could be very close to the truth on this one. There are plenty of women with their own careers, businesses, etc,, but there are plenty of women who have nothing much better to do than spend hubby's money all day. I've seen 'em, I've known 'em. Great work if you can get it. I wouldn't mind it if Vskydiver was a gazillionaire.Just 'cause the woman has the life of luxury doesn't neccessarily mean the guy is getting rock star lovin', though, like Shah is thinking. If anything, the might be a lot of strings attached to anything fun. Not the way I'd like to run my life/marriage.

I especially like the Spectre Equipped police cars... they can detect your radar detector Its all about the money.... if they CAN write a ticket.. they will.. even if you are just blending in to the rest of traffic so as not to be a slow ass nuisance. Arvoitus 1 #67 September 15, 2010 QuotePersonally, I think everybody who works fulltime - male or female - needs a wife just like that. How nice would it be to always have clean underwear and sheets and dinner you don't have to cook and dishes you never have to wash... How much better could you focus on your career and your fun if you didn't have to think about any of that shit? I've never in my entire life understood how women manage to create a huge job out of something as simple as laundry or washing dishes. Filthy cloths to the the bin, when bin is full put clothes into the washing machine throw in some chemicals and press some buttons and voilà some time later you've got clean clothes. Lift them to dry and few days later put them back to closet. I use maybe 15-20 mins max per week on doing my laundry. Same with dishes. When done eating just place all the stuff into the machine. When machine is full a magical combination of chemicals and button presses again gives clean dishes. Dish washing consumes maybe 5 minutes per week (the time it takes to empty the machine, optimal solution would be obviously to keep the filthy and the clean dishes in the machine so I wouldn't spend time moving dishes around but who cares.) The way I see it any woman who complains about house work being such a huge back braking ordeal is just secretly ashamed of the fact that biggest 'job' in their day is whether to watch Oprah or Dr. Phil.Your rights end where my feelings begin. skybytch 273 #68 September 15, 2010 QuoteHell what I would have done if my x wife just made dinner once a week! Did she work full time too? And no, you don't have to pull in big bucks for your partner to not have to work. It's totally possible for a couple to live on one person's salary, even today. You just have to live within the means that are available - ie you have to care more about both of you being happy with life than you do about having a nice car or a big house. LuckyMcSwervy 0 #72 September 15, 2010 And I'm surprised no one has mentioned that when there's a husband or wife who is a major income generator, sometimes they're all about chasing the dollar and sex/wife/mistress/children/happy and harmonious home life may be the last thing on their mind. But.... I also know men who are the exact opposite. Money makes them hornier. Always be kinder than you feel.

And they were too young to be retired and their kids were in highschool... I don't know. I was just assuming that their husbands were pulling in the big $$$$$$$$$. But then again you have to ask, ok if he's bringing in that kind of money, here we are looking at well over $200k, what does she put out? Must be very kinky! I don't know why I am responding to you must be because I have nothing else to do besides work.Ever think that the so called soccer mom works from home and can work her own hours.
