They can send 5 ft. long 5 inch diameter "capsules" down the bore. to the Miners... there seems to be a good understanding Upstairs,,, about what the men face, downstairs,,, and food, water Oxygen is being sent as needed.... I also read where a written questionaire has been sent, which the men are each to complete,,, so that they can be evaluated as to the stability of their mindset.... while the escape path is currently blocked, I think that they may have access to areas deeper into the mine,, which will help ( I would hope),, in allowing for some sort of mobility and "change of location"..
