shah269 0 #1 July 13, 2010 366 days ago I had an argument with mother earth regarding right of way. I ended up with a titanium rod in my right shin bone which will be with me for life. And it has been a year marked by pain and some recovery. I'm not sure about the next 364 days but I hope they are better than teh past 366. For those of you who offered me best wishes after I got hurt, thank you. I can't tell you how greatful I am. And yeah I'm back in the air but everything on the ground is a mess.Life through good thoughts, good words, and good deeds is necessary to ensure happiness and to keep chaos at bay. skyrider 0 #2 July 13, 2010 Congrates....part off the price for having fun, is sometimes getting hurt... I shattered my leg while riding a motorcycle, (more like while crashing one) that kept me off the bike 10 days total, including surgery, and rebuilding the bike.. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v400/onekick/leg.jpg then 57 jumps on my cast after having 3 screws put in the ankle!Hope ya keep airing it out! shah269 0 #8 July 14, 2010 QuoteHow's the leg feeling? Good. My gate is normal and I can run...but who wants to do that? I'll get back into skiing this winter again I hope. Yoga is what saved me. If i had not been practicing Yoga for 3 years before the accident I would be no where near this "normal" now.Life through good thoughts, good words, and good deeds is necessary to ensure happiness and to keep chaos at bay.
