Icon134 0 #26 July 8, 2010 Quote Our exits ended up working out pretty well all things considered. But I will be glad when we are training from the Caravan this Sunday. Niklas wants us at dz at 7 a.m. Meaning I will be up at 3:00 a.m. UGH! I think maybe heading out Saturday night might be a better option! I agree the bigger door of the caravan is much easier to launch 4-way from... as for your drive... it could be worse considering what my wife does for training weekends... Livin' on the Edge... sleeping with my rigger's wife...

That definitely puts it into perspective! She definitely travels a LONG way to train. But it is worth it! She has a great team, great facilities, and great coaching. I got to jump with Tristan when I did a pickup team at the last MESL meet. It was an awesome experience. The girls on Tenacity have a lot of talent. I know our team isn't in contention for the gold at Nationals, but I think Tenacity is going to give any team a run for their money.Kim Mills USPA D21696 Tandem I, AFF I and Static Line I

They are a great team and train hard, but they are great people too. They have patience with me as I am learning with them. All the other people at the dz, although I never get to jump with them, are motivation to get there too. Like you girls are there to learn and have fun doing it! That's exactly what Tenacity does too. Just bc you may not get the gold, doesn't make it the best weekends of your life! I don't mind driving that distance not just for Tenacity but for everyone at Start. I love everyone there!
OlympiaStoica 0 #30 July 8, 2010 :5:0 I had a 4 day weekend, but chose to "diversify" rather than just skydive. Though, after going to the beach and getting a nasty sunburn, I'm thinking I should have been jumping all weekend after all . O
merino007 0 #31 July 8, 2010 :24:2 I'm burned out a bit this weekend!! Awesome jumps with my friends. A little bit of team jumps on friday and NJ head down "record" on saturday. Demo into a high school sat night. Beer for the demo and for the record!! Everything in excess is bad... except skydiving and sex!
