Anyone here know anything about sleep?

I woke up this morning, at about 3am, ( i went to bed at 10pm.) and I was upside down in my bed! :S I woke up and it looks like i made a pillow out of my comfeter. I went and found my real pillow and righted myself and went back to sleep. Woke up at 4, just to go back to sleep. and then woke up again at 5:45, after my alarm had been going off for about an hour... ( I have 2 alarms in my room)

I wake up quit a bit when I am sleeping. Sometimes I will wake up and be wide awake and alert.. Then just go back asleep. Im tired throughout the day.

Any ideas??

No I dont snore, and I doubt I have apnea. I dont wake up breathing hard or gasping

Sounds like you are partying in your sleep.

It's what happens when Divot comes over while you sleep and Tries to cuddle with you. I bought a dog just to keep him away.[:/]

I used to work for a sleep medicine company. The company ran sleep medicine clinics and diagnostic centers, and sold the equpment to treat sleep disorders. So I learned a bit, but am not a medical professional.

I'd say to see your doctor and see if you can get referred to a sleep specialist and/or to a sleep diagnostic center for a test. Tell your doc all that's been happening and in particular if it's affecting the rest of your life (fatigue, brain fog, etc.). Definitely worth getting checked out.

If you go to a sleep clinic, make sure they're not just focused on sleep apnea. Some seem to be (my father was a very poor sleeper who was very poorly served when he tried an evaluation).

I woke up this morning to discover theives had been in my house during the night. While I slept, they stole everything I own and replaced it with an exact duplicate! Weird.

Actually, you might want to look at reducing caffeine intake. Also, whether your diet is right and if you are getting regular exercise. A bedtime routine also helps. It conditions your body to start shutting down. A bath or shower, followed by some light reading are often good. Something to get your mind off the day and into a more relaxed state. Regular hours also contribute to good sleep.

Avoid the fleshlight that someone suggested. Sexual activity immediately followed by sleep teaches your body to collapse after sex. You might not want that when the partner has a pulse. ;)

I know it just wouldnt be right to kill all the stupid people that we meet..

But do you think it would be appropriate to just remove all of the warning labels and let nature take its course.

I know that when I only get 30-60 minutes of sleep (like last night) I feel like a zombie. B|

Do you drink much alcohol or caffeine?
