Facebook issue

Information has disappeared from my Info page. "Likes and Interest" are gone along with "education and work information".

Anyone else ? And who do I write to about it ?

Do this>

while using internet explorer, click on tools>internet options>Delete your history, cookies, and cache. This should clear out your IE settings...then when you attempt to gain access to facebook again, it will ask for a username and password since you just deleted your history...log in and give that a shot...if it doesn't work send me a message.

I was just using IE as an example since its one of the more widely used browsers...I use firefox all the time, but sometimes IE is the only option.

Didn't work---it did clean up Internet Explorer though---thank's.

It's quite possible you could be trying to view some flash or java based application, and it could be conflicting with your facebook session.

Download the newest version of java here and install...

http://www.java.com/en/download/

reboot your computer and try again...if that doesn't work then download and install this...

http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
