airtwardo 7 #1 March 18, 2010 I've been getting numerous PM's, emails and some calls from a lot of friends I've met & made on here regarding the status of my health... Easier just to update those interested all at one time. ~The straight poop~ Been to several docs, thought we had a handle on things a few weeks ago, in so far as the skin manifestations reducing in number and healing. That unfortunately was short lived and frustration mounts. Going to yet another 'specialist' next week for still another opinion. Having bad days & better ones...no 'good' ones in quite a while. What's almost infuriating is seeing doctors that want to jump to a diagnosis without listening or believing what's going on or what we've already done. . .exasperated last week during a consultation, I actually took out my knife and cut my hand, "Have you ever SEEN someone bleed 'plastic'?" I asked. The then convinced physician finally began reading the information I've collected since this began...honestly, he too has no clue. So that's it...gotta say my wife's a saint, kids are uneasy, 'Sugar Bear' (dog) wants to go for longer walks, but that will come later. Thanks for asking guys...carrying a load is always easier with friends behind ya! ~ If you choke a Smurf, what color does it turn? ~

JohnnyD 0 #8 March 18, 2010 The amount of environmental remediation going on in the 90s where we grew up was staggering. I have also thought the rate of birth defects was downright frightening. Something to consider. I know a number of people who lived out on the edge of town have received settlements already. Who would you like to play you in the movie? wmw999 2,534 #13 March 18, 2010 I missed this the first time 'round. Take care, dude. Go live in the middle of nowhere somewhere and grow your own food. You could put on a sasquatch suit and scare the locals while you're at it Wendy P. There is nothing more dangerous than breaking a basic safety rule and getting away with it. It removes fear of the consequences and builds false confidence. (tbrown)

But this has been a hot-spot for whatever it is I have...Here, Southern California and parts of Fla. ~ If you choke a Smurf, what color does it turn? ~

Point of interest...A guy I went to high school with was the safety eng. at the chemical plant in town for 20 some years. Few years ago he move down here to where I'm at now, few blocks away in fact, and was working at an oil plant south of town...he dropped dead two weeks ago. ~ If you choke a Smurf, what color does it turn? ~

Did a contract cleaning job there in the 90s during a maint. shutdown. They were looking for someone stupid enough to get in a harness and be lowered into the tanks and clean them out by hand. I needed the money, but thinking back on it - damn that was stupid. I hope you've brought it up to your doctors and I'm wishing you all the best bro. airtwardo 7 #18 March 18, 2010 Quote I hope you've brought it up to your doctors... I have a thing I'm keeping with references to places I worked & lived and things I know I've been exposed to, some of it correlates to the laundry list of industrial waste in my system, some doesn't. The sawbones in L.A. said some of the levels were 4 times higher than anything he'd ever seen before...I told him I've lived 5 times harder than anybody he's treated so I'm probably doing GOOD! Edited to add my most recent glamor pics, at least I don't look F A T......anybody want a transfusion?! ~ If you choke a Smurf, what color does it turn? ~
