muff528 3 #26 March 10, 2010 A six-toed stray cat at Phoenix/ZHills was named "E.T." (for "Extra Toes"). Also, The pilot at the time, Johanna, had a Rottweiler named "Labby". I just assumed it was some Finnish term of endearment until I asked her what the name meant. She told me she named her dog that because she always wanted a Labrador Retriever. Don't know if she was pulling my leg or what, but I felt a little silly for asking.

karenmeal 0 #39 March 12, 2010 My parents' terrier mix is named "Little Dog". It got the name because I found her as a stray, and posted found ads around the area with the title, "Little Dog." We started calling her that for lack of a better name, and just never stopped, even when she got a permanent home with my folks.
