Whiteland, Indiana's Michelle Owen, involed in a custoy dispute with an ex-boyfriend, asked police to search her computer for evidence that he had downloaded child pornography. Cops found no porn but discovered two videos of Owen engaging in illicit sexual performances with her beagle. She's now facing bestiality charges for the activities, which are said to involve peanut butter.

According to forum rule #1,438 any reference to beastiality will result in an immediate banning.

I for one think you deserve it because of this repulsive post.

The dog's age was not mentioned so we're assuming it's not a puppy. :|

Ya know, for some offenses, the penalty ought to include sterilization, so that the offender can't ever reproduce.

You know I never could understand this?
I mean really, couldn't she walk to the local bar and pick up a dude there? No she has to traumatize her poor little dog!
I mean really!

The only way the dog would be traumatized is if it couldn't figure out how to get the peanut butter off the roof of it's mouth.:D
Some people refrain from beating a dead horse. Personally, I find a myriad of entertainment value when beating it until it becomes a horse-smoothie.

Agreed.
Normally, it really gets me PO'd hearing about people being charged with idiotic offenses like this.
But after reading the police report, this sounds like a classic case of karma coming back to bite her in the ass.

It's amaizing how people talk to police! She not only was stupid enough to shoot video of the dog "trick", but she should have at least known enough to keep her mouth shut about the situation.

This video runs fairly long, but explains very well why you should NEVER talk to the police, guilty, innocent, regardless, it'll never help you to talk to the police. It should be required viewing at a minimum of everyone nearing 18 years of age. Better to start at the age of reason (kids can be charged with some fairly major, and life changing shit these days!), and about every other year thereafter.

That said, I think it's ok to have a courteous but curt conversation whenever stopped for a traffic violation. That said, you discuss the violation.

"Do you know why I stopped you today?"
"No I do not."

"Do you know that you were speeding?"
"Is that the reason for your stop?"

"Have you been drinking?"
"Is that the reason for your stop?"

"...video of you on the computer?"
"No comment." Or simply lawyer up at that point.

"Stupid is as stupid does."
Experience is what you get when you thought you were going to get something else.

I've seen that video before.
You are absolutely correct in that everyone should see it!
And the speakers are very good!
