the pics I saw of her she looks like a heroin addict

Live fast, die young, and leave a good looking body. The alternative..... live fast, live a long time, and get old and decrepit.. with all the aches and pains to remind you how interesting life has been.[:/]

What is that they say about candles, those that burn brightest fade away fastest?
Life through good thoughts, good words, and good deeds is necessary to ensure happiness and to keep chaos at bay.

The only thing that falls from the sky is birdshit and fools!

Maybe for candles... it is not indicative for humans. There are far more examples for those of us who have survived and managed to have a very interesting life than those who fell by the way side. But they do leave better looking bodys in many cases. That keeps the necrophiliacs at the mortuaries happy I suppose.

Who the F*CK is Brittany Murphy!?!?!?

Nah! she was a great actress! Liked her performance in 8 Mile and Spun! Its just amuses me how shits is blown out of proportions when its someone famous! Not only when someone dies.. But take the Tiger Woods' case for example!

The guy is loaded, one of the biggest names in sports, and he's good looking, and he's probably fighting pussy off with a stick! who wouldn't be tempted? he's only human! like the rest of us! (Well, maybe not VirginBurner) But the media portray's him like he's a complete douchebag! im sure he's a grat father and husband, alltough he messed up!

I think he could've done better though! some of those girls looked pretty skanky and dirty!:D

Really? You've never seen any of these movies?

http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0005261/

RIP Birttany Murphy.

A lot of those are voice-overs for animated shows.

The rest seem to be Disney-esque movies for early teens.

I haven't seen any of the movies, but I could have
seen the animated stuff.

No idea who she was. Too bad that she died so young. Apparently, she has had quite a career.

Here's the trailer from "Spun", a truly nauseating film (due to its "trueness"). Ms. Murphy (Niki) is the voice at the beginning and is shown in several scenes. You also get to see Debbia Harry and Rob Halford.

A heart attack at 32?????????

You just never know. A good friend of mine from college died of a heart attack at 22. My husbands sister died of a heart attack at 36. A friend of my mom's son just died a few days ago in his sleep. He was 21 and about to graduate from college in June. You just never know. [:/]

I'm a fan of the cartoon show "King of the Hill." She did the voice of Luann Platter, a regular character on the show. I enjoyed her Texas trailer trash twang in that one. :)
Too bad she died so young. Didn't she have a child too?[:/]

8 mile, Clueless, and Don't Say a word were all pretty big movies. I'm surprised some people have never heard of her.

Maybe it's a generational thing. I did see 8 mile a few years back, either on TV or DVD when my kids watched it. I also watch King of the Hill from time to time. But I never heard of her name until today when she died. And looking at her bio, I don't think I've seen any other of her movies.

They say she died of a cardiac arrest, which is a general term for "heart decided not to work any more". It can be caused by many things. Congestive heart failure, electrolysis imbalance, drug overdose, other response to foreign substance or just simply quit working. Heart attacks, however, are usually lumped with blockage of coronary arteries that cause heart tissue damage/death that may lead to a cardiac arrest and death.

She has changed a lot since "Clueless". I will miss watching her movies with my wife.

wow... that's quite a list of movie credits..

i must say,,,, Most of them,, i never saw...
Clueless, i saw,, and only seem to click on A Silverstone,,,, though after seeing a few news reports,,,, i know see that Miss Murphy was the "plain jane" character,,, who was befriended by the "in crowd"... never saw 8 Mile, but i think that was the movie with eminem.... always thought it was a sad, and dispairing movie ( though i COULD be wrong ) and NEVER "got" eminems' appeal...... so i never watched it...
sorry.

too bad for the Girl and her family
32 years of age is waaaay to young.... for ANYone to be taken..
r.i.p.
