skybytch 273 #27 April 14, 2005 Quote Apparently Cameron Diaz and Angelina Jolie also jump... not sure where or how many. I don't count having done one tandem as "jumping." If that's the case then add Tom Green, the other two female actresses from Charlies Angels (I'm so bad with names...), Tommy Lee, Leonardo DeCaprio.. and those are just a few who did tandems at Perris. Patrick Swayze did at least 100 jumps. His brother Don did more than that, including some BASE jumping (don't know if he's still jumping). Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman both got A licenses and bought gear. Dave Mustaine from Megadeth and Nicki (don't remember last name - the drummer from the Flys) both at least used to jump. Either Mark or Brian (from the Mark and Brian morning radio show) is a relatively experienced jumper. Re: the comment on Bodhi not flying on his belly if he was a "real" skydiver.... Point Break was made before skydivers started freeflying.

wartload 0 #35 April 14, 2005 One of the earliest Ronald McDonalds was an early skydiver. An advertising agency was setting up a jump with him (in costume) and some of the Golden Knights, to take place at the Myrtle Beach Sun-Fun festival. The national office near Chicago found out about it and went ape-sh**. Apparently a shopping mall up that way had recently set up a Santa jump and the guy went in before a crowd of thousands. They forced the plans to be cancelled.

nigelh 0 #39 April 14, 2005 Apparently in the making of MI2 he wanted to do the BASE jump himself and film the aerial shots during a real Skydive but the Film makers didn't want him to die coz they wouldn't be able to finish the film, The shots of him in freefall are done in a studio in a harness and a stuntman done the BASE jump-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~ Sponored by NZ Aerosports, CYPRES 2, Tonfly & L&B Team Dirty Sanchez #

Then when he came back he wasn't actually playing, they had a guy back stage playing his solos and shit while he was on stage "air-guitaring" it... (I know where he keeps 'em) and there's always those JETS! Didn't know he had a D license either... I did get to make a jump..not with but on the load with him..when he was filming "Days of Thunder" He didn't have a lot of jumps then...I spoke with him a year or two ago at his hangar and he said he was more into flying now... look for a possible entry into the competition aerobatics circuit-! ~ If you choke a Smurf, what color does it turn? ~
