First and foremost Stitch, you must bring your lil hiney to CA and see your Mother! Second I will handle the planning - ask Lisa, I'm a GREAT planner. Lastly, DO NOT question anything I plan - just DO! LOL Oh, and if you want that honeymoon in Bali, repeat all of the above until it's burned into the grey matter! JerryBaumchen 1,429 #21 December 6, 2009 Hi Joe, QuotePerigrinerose, jerrybaumchen, and riggerrob for the wedding dress and bridesmaids outfits (maybe make them out of old canopies??) At least I am good company; and now that I am retired, I do work cheap. Actually, my son just drop the old 'Will you . . . ' on his g-f; so I may be just too busy. JerryBaumchen PS) His g-f has this book 'Weddings for under $5,000.' Anyone want to know where to get a copy?
JohnMitchell 16 #22 December 6, 2009 Quote His g-f has this book 'Weddings for under $5,000.' Anyone want to know where to get a copy? Ours was less than $500. The party afterwards was great. So far, that's like only $20/year. Now that's a cost effective wedding.
JerryBaumchen 1,429 #23 December 6, 2009 Hi John, Quote Ours was less than $500. Government workers are always tight with a buck. BTW, Dan Poynter once told me that a wife was there to help you solve the problems you would never have had if you would have stayed single. JerryBaumchen PS) BTW, would you please have Valinda call my son's g-f?
