DSE 5 #11 October 24, 2009 No pix. Wasn't supposed to be really very public, because I don't consider myself back til I put on the nylon....and I screwed up a little today anyway... Krip, our buddy Jay was there...and I'm grateful to him for catching that I'd missed my seatbelt. Was just a hop n' pop. Wanna gradually take it lower to be sure my back can manage terminal deployment. FWIW, progression has been 30 mins of tunnel time, running, squats, PLF practice, and upsizing to a wingload of .9:1 for a while. Now H n' P's for a while. http://skyvideo.wordpress.com/2009/10/24/anticipation-spoiled-the-rush/ if you wanna know more. It wasn't a spectacular jump, but I spiked it, which is better than a bounce...

Hi Mr Spot Thanks for the response to my post that was a lame attempt at humor, It was not my intent to take away from your remarkable achiecement of getting your knees back into the breeze after your incident 4 months ago. . IMO In spite of what some people think a H&P is a skydive. Always has been, always will be and will always be followed by a landing. Congrats Mr Spot you made a skydive, didn't hurt yourself, and posted some pics. Don't get much better than that' R.I.P. PS I don't know who the Jay guy you referred to as my buddy But the pic you posted with Mr Stokes the president of USPA was a nice touch. One Jump Wonder
