BillyVance 34 #27 October 25, 2009 TTIWWOP. Come on where are the pics of the infection? Seriously, infections from cat bites are bad juju if not treated. Hope you get well soon! iluvtofly 0 #28 October 25, 2009 These pictures are actually from last night. The swelling and redness has gotten slightly worse since then. But the Dr. changed the antibiotics I was on (since they obviously weren't working) so we'll see how those work.

captain1976 0 #31 October 26, 2009 Yes, Kitty was naughty today. After a day of jumping I come home to a house full of shredded toilet paper. Kitty was just laying on the bed like nothing happened. keithbar 1 #32 October 26, 2009 I think cats should be treated like dogs. kept under the owners care custody and control. any cat seen roaming free to kill my baby bunnys and quail on my several hundred acre hunting lease. will be considered feral and treated with as such. I don't care how much 9 lives or friskies buffet you feed it. or delude yourself into thinking " my kittys harmless it wouldn't hurt a fly" I call bullshit. be forewarned o.k. rant overi have on occasion been accused of pulling low . My response. Naw I wasn't low I'm just such a big guy I look closer than I really am .
riddler 0 #33 October 26, 2009 I've been scratched by plenty of cats, and I never had it swell up like that, so I don't understand. Is this a bacterial infection? I imagine cat claws end up with some pretty nasty bacteria on them. I don't own pets anymore. My mom does, and I take my two girls over to her house once or twice a week. Yesterday, my 18-month old disappeared chasing one of the cats, and when I finally found her, she was eating dry cat-food out of the cat-dish, with the cat lying on the other side watching her.Trapped on the surface of a sphere. turtlespeed 226 #34 October 26, 2009 I wouldn't even call that a flesh wound. I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama BTR #1 / OTB^5 Official #2 / Hellfish #408 / VSCR #108/Tortuga/Orfun

The cat bit my arm. Those are small tooth holes in my elbow. There is a lot of bacteria in a cat's mouth. I've gotten scratched plenty of times too with no problem. But I'm sure this is some kind of bacterial infection in my arm.
