Ketia0 0 #1 October 19, 2009 Whilest we are on this topic.... Is it scary/spooky/stalker-like to look up someones myspace/facebook after seeing them on a personals website. ( yahoo/match/eharmony) it nly take about 4-5 minutes and you get to see what the person is really like... Or are you supposed to go in blindly off of what is on the personals sight?"In this game you can't predict the future. You just have to play the odds. I think it's a bit odd, but then I'm not really into the whole Facebook thing. On a separate note.. The *weirdest* thing happened over the weekend.. I agreed to a coffee date (not someone from match.com) for Sunday, only to meet up with a mate on Saturday night, who confessed he had had a crush on me for a while but he thought I was already in a relationship! I felt a bit awkward about breaking the coffee date on Sunday, but since my friend told me about his feelings for me I thought it would be slightly wrong to give him a chance *and* go on a date with someone else the next day!!! How random!! Isn't it always the way.. It's like job-hunting.. Just when you're ready to give up, you get two really good job offers & you're not quite sure what to do!! Oh please! Your on a coffee date! Not like you were going to marry the guy! Wow why are people so serious about dating. Relax have fun enjoy. But do your research and see how much photo shopping they did in the profile pic Life through good thoughts, good words, and good deeds is necessary to ensure happiness and to keep chaos at bay. JohnMitchell 16 #14 October 19, 2009 Way back when I was single, I went on a few blind dates, back when they were really blind. They were totally good. Maybe the women weren't that thrilled with me, but I liked them.Besides, it's just one date. You don't have to make another.
