I'm a backpacker, so I keep my load as light as possible. Every time I'm back from a trip, I think of another way to cut more of the load. sereguy0801 0 #43 September 5, 2009 Jetboils are overrated. Im a SERE specialist (Air Force Survival instrustor) ihave 2 jetboils and all the gagdets to go with it, but i never go anywhere without my MSR Reactor. It;s a little bit more expensive than a jetboil, but it boils faster than a jetboil, Especially @ cold temps and hight altitudes. i had to use it to keep some students from going hypothermic , while my back up jetboil was still trying to get warm.
