Blew over $800 on a Baltoro 70 backpack, a 25F down sleeping bag & a liner, a Thermarest ProLite4, and an MSR Hubba solo backpacking tent with footprint. That's my stimulus package for the economy. SpeedRacer 1 #54 September 8, 2009 Yep, my other choice was a big agnes solo, but I liked the shape of the Hubba better, and the big vestibules. Only thing I don't like about it: Its bright yellow fly. I would have preferred the dark grey-green color of the Big Agnes tent, which would blend in to the background better. Stealth camping happens sometimes. Also if you're anywhere near a road, a less visible tent decreases the chance of getting spotted & harassed by passing criminals/drunks/hooligans/inbred rednecks, or whatever.
