MikeMcLean 0 #26 August 26, 2009 If they push it one more day to Saturday very early morning; I'll probably drive the 2+ hrs to Titusville at 10pm.It wouldn't hurt you to think like a fucking serial killer every once in a while - just for the sake of prevention

SARLDO 0 #35 August 29, 2009 Stayed up to watch this, the last scheduled night launch of the Space Shuttle. Absolutely beautiful! The horizon behind some trees in my neighborhood glowed a brilliant orange and seconds later, she came over the trees. What a sight. We had full view and watched until the boosters separated. Sure am glad I got to see this again. Now, if only I could get a ride. Been told by my boss that we might get a chance to see a day launch from the executive seats. muff528 3 #38 August 29, 2009 Quote I did a nice time lapse last night from my front yard. Great shot! That's pretty much what the view was from Lakeland. My 12-year-old didn't want to get up after 2 false alarms but he said it was worth it. Only a few left.

Meux 0 #40 August 30, 2009 Watched it on TV then ran out on the front porch and saw it for about 30 seconds. This is from Panama City, quite a distance. Loved it.
