If only guys had responded, it would not mean that women did not develop feelings for someone online, but the percentages on this poll would show 0% for women. You have to divide the positive male responses by the total male responses to get the percentage of responses that are positive. Then, do the same for female responses. That gives you the stats I quoted you. As an aside, I was talking to the GF I met online while doing this statistical analysis. I told her what I was doing.
