skydiverbry 0 #28 May 29, 2009 Both healed rather well.I've had an occasional ache now and then. Saturday I went and hit the whitewater in my kayak.Got flipped and was unable to roll back up.I had to bail in the middle of some rapids.when I caught up with the boat and was getting it to shore I caught my ankle in between some rocks and put a GOOD twist on my knee. Christine made me go to the ER,where I found out I tore a ligament. Crutches,immobilizer the whole bit.I was hoping it would just get better.But it's just as bad if not worse Bry -------------------------------------------------- Growing old is mandatory.Growing up is optional!!
