I couldn't make it through enough of the movie to be certain, but I'm pretty sure the vampires were lesbians, as well as killers. The youtube trailer is SFW, but turn the volume down. More snaps: First one is blood running out of a lesvamp's mouth, 2nd is a lesvamp, 3rd is the melting corpse of a victim.
